The world is changing.

A new paradigm for making disciples... one that finds it's genesis in the redemptive themes of scripture, is required to mobilize this generation.

The Disciple-Maker Pathway is an eight-session journey, centered on Seven Big Ideas, that equips everyday followers of Jesus to develop a disciple-making lifestyle and leave a legacy of faith.

  • Sessions 1-3 focus on the nature of being a disciple.

  • Sessions 4-5 focus on strategies for effective disciple-making.

  • Sessions 6-8 focus on leadership & network development.

The Disciple-Maker Pathway cohort will take place online via Zoom or Teams and facilitated by a Disciples Made Coach.

What Do We Hope You Gain From the Pathway?

We hope that your zeal for Jesus and His mission burns hotter than ever… and that the opportunity for growth through a focus on developing character and calling is highly motivating for you to walk more powerfully into a relationship with Jesus that multiples His impact in and through you.

We hope you see that you, regardless of your history, your job, or your age… are incredibly able to be a fully alive disciple AND help others become the same.

We hope that you develop a rich community of love and support around you as you engage this mission with Jesus… protecting you from the failures and temptations that come when people step up to such significant responsibility.

We hope that someday you will look back and see that this Disciples Made Pathway was one of the key experiences Jesus used to change the trajectory of your life and that there is a wake of Jesus’ grace behind you to delight in.

What are the Pathway Rhythms?

Reverse Classroom

Each session uses the reverse classroom model of learning. There is work to do before each huddle, and the huddle is a debrief of what you learned through those exercises.

Pre-Huddle Work

The pre-huddle work will involve a small amount of bible reading, a short written journal, watching a video, and an occasional assessment. This reverse classroom strategy allows everyone to participate and bring wisdom to the topics at hand. Be sure to do all of the pre-huddle work ahead of time so you can meaningfully participate.

Group Discussion

Each huddle starts with your full group discussing the primary topics together. More personal discussions, like sharing the results of your assessments and elements of your journals will be done in smaller groups that we call triads. Your group leader will share how that will work.

Personal Reflection

Each huddle is followed by some Personal Reflection questions. It is important to answer these within 24 hours of the huddle so that things are still fresh.

If you do all of these consistently throughout the pathway, you will have a great resource to look back on for the rest of your life!
